Excellent phone. Highly recommeded

I purchased this phone for use outside the US with local sim cards. I am delighted with the performance of this phone and I recommend it to anybody who wants a full function smart phone at a very reasonable price. The only concern I have is the fact that this phone is not for the US market and it comes up in Portuguese making the initial setup difficult. I was guessing until I reached the point where I could change the language to English

I get the phone 3 days ago, set up all the needed account and started working with the phone, since yesterday {having the phone only 4 days by now } the device keep restarting and freezing, tried a heard restart and the device is even more acting up, DO NOT BUY !!!! SAVE YOUR FUNDS !!!

Defective not reading sim cards

Phone finally came after the delivery stole the first one , phone look good and feels good but the phone is not reading sim cards none of the two slots are reading Sims i tried with different cards from different carriers and its supposed to be un lock will be returning

Nice phone, Very good I live at Dominican Republic, just took the ship from my old cell phone and placed on this new one, worked at the moment, I am using this phone to keep it at my home so I can call my my with video chat using the whatsApp, she is 72 years old and it is very easy for her to use.

The box came in with a charger and the headphones but no the phone

Doesn’t work. Battery filled up, after charging for hours, to only 20%. Then it went back down to 18%. I changed cords in case that was the problem and it eventually went up to 35% but that’s it. Sending it back.

Phone not unlocked!

Phone was not unlocked. As unbelievable as this may be, the phone can only be activated with a sim card issued by a GSM operator in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos, … and be used for at least 5 hours with the activated sim card before it can be used on any other GSM network worldwide! AT-T &T-Mobile sim cards were not recognized. Besides, the phone is in Malaysian. Phone returned for full refund.

Text messages and volume control

The text messaging did not work and the volume of the phone was not loud even on high. Although your tech department tried to fix the text messaging, he indicated that he could not and that the phone was bad. He told us to return the phone which I did last week. I have ordered another phone of the same. It arrives today. I am hoping that the phone works all the way around. Thanks for your inquiry. I will let you know how the phone works. Thanks again.
